Scope and operator
This policy applies to stockims.com, its localized pages, contact workflows and links to the StockIMS live demo. In this policy, “StockIMS,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of the StockIMS website. Product deployments acquired and operated by a buyer are governed by that buyer's own privacy practices and the applicable acquisition agreement.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, company, work email, country, organization size, office count, operational challenge and message. If you continue an evaluation by email, we also receive the information you choose to include in that correspondence. Please do not send credentials, production datasets or sensitive personal information through the website form.
Technical information
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, timestamp and diagnostic or security events. This information is used to deliver the website, maintain reliability and protect it against abuse. The public website does not currently use advertising or behavioral-profiling cookies.
