Acceptance and scope
By accessing stockims.com or the linked live demo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the website or demo. Separate written terms govern any completed StockIMS acquisition, source-code handover, deployment support or other professional service.
Website information
This website presents StockIMS to organizations considering full acquisition of the application, source code, documentation and related handover materials. Website content is provided for general product evaluation and is not a binding offer, warranty, technical specification or commitment to sell. A transaction becomes binding only through a written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Permitted use
You may browse the website, share links internally and use the demo for legitimate business evaluation. You may not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape at a disruptive rate, introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service or destructive testing, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another party's rights.
Live demo responsibilities
The demo is a shared evaluation environment containing generated sample records. Do not enter production data, personal data, confidential material, credentials or regulated information. Demo content may be changed, reset or removed without notice, and availability is not guaranteed. Any testing beyond normal product evaluation requires prior written authorization.
Product scope and third parties
Feature descriptions, security evidence, deployment guidance, integrations and ticket-linking examples reflect the documented StockIMS release or evaluation environment at the stated time. Third-party names and logos identify compatibility or reference destinations and remain the property of their owners. Third-party services are governed by their own availability and terms. Final product scope is defined only in the acquisition agreement.
Intellectual property
Until a signed agreement states otherwise, the website, product presentation, software, designs, text, graphics, video, documentation and StockIMS branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Evaluation access does not grant ownership, a software license, permission to copy source code, or a right to create derivative commercial materials.
Acquisition and handover
Price, included repositories, source-code and documentation delivery, intellectual-property transfer, acceptance criteria, security evidence, deployment assistance, support period, taxes and any continuing obligations are determined in a separate written acquisition agreement. Website statements do not amend or replace that agreement.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the StockIMS website operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content, demo interruption, loss of entered demo information or third-party services. Any liability connected with an acquisition is governed by the signed acquisition agreement.
